More than 13 billion HUF for rural tourism

More than 13 billion HUF is available for the creation of private accommodations, for the expansion of existing private accommodations and for the development of tourism services. The applications for the support can be submitted even this year – V. Németh Zsolt, Minister of State of the Ministry of Rural Development told on Friday at a press conference in Szakonyfalu, Vas county.

The support claims can be submitted by post offices to the territorial competent LEADER offices from 18 November to 13 December. A maximum of 35 million HUF can be requested for the developments – he said.

He added that the improvements should be achieved by the end of 2014. The rate of support can be up to 65 percent for disadvantaged areas, the rate of support for non-profit organizations can be up to 100 percent. (MTI)
