The TEDEJ Agrártermelő és Szolgáltató Zrt. has developed a cultivation and processing technology for the production of alfalfa-based protein products and other plant products, as well as a demonstration plant developed with more than 1.2 billion HUF in EU funding.

TEDEJ develops alfalfa-based products
According to a statement sent to MTI on Friday, the aim of the company based in Hajdúnánás was to turn a plant producing 15-55 percent protein feed, feed raw materials, industrial fiber and other products from alfalfa green biomass using biotechnological research and development and its own new generation protein extraction technology.
