Over 10,000 visitors at leading event of the food industry

The number of visitors at the IFE FOODAPEST and FOODATECH exhibitions held between 18-20. November was more than 10,000. This was the second IFE FOODAPEST organised jointly by HUNGEXPO Zrt. and Montgomery International Ltd. Nearly 400 exhibitors from 28 countries attended the event. FOODATECH was held in recently built hall G, while IFE FOODAPEST occupied hall A. Over 30 presentations were held during the three days of the event, including the conference held by the National Association of Packaging and Materials Handling and the HUNGAROPACK 2008 awards ceremony. New products were given special attention, with innovations by 10 companies displayed in special cabinets. Over 40 products from 16 companies received the Excellent Hungarian Food trademark this year.
