Billions of support for Hungarian livestock farmers
The Ministry of Agriculture announced a tender with a budget of 2 billion HUF for the development of disease control systems in poultry and pig farms – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
Under the Rural Development Program, farmers could apply from 1 May 2020. In two rounds of applications, a total of 349 applications were received by the Managing Authority of the Rural Development Program, claiming 5.4 billion HUF, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Agriculture.
