More functions – in less space
Though VarioCooking Center® has been in existence for some years, it is just beginning to appear in Hungarian kitchens. The shortage of space is an eternal problem in restaurant kitchens. VarioCooking Center® is a multifunctional apparatus which helps in using labour and time efficiently and also saves kitchen space. It is a „miniaturised kitchen” suitable for preparing three different dishes simultaneously. The basic version occupies only 120×78 cm. It consists of two „cooking basins” which can be used for cooking a diverse range of food, even under pressure. – The heating system located under the cooking basins transfres heat through a brand new type of dynamic mesh in order to use only as much energy as needed for the specific dish – says Péter Száler, managing direcor of Kombi Plusz Kft. As the heating panel is divided into zones, only the appropriate zones are heated at any given time. VarioCooking Center® comes with a program containing options for all modes of preparation and also warns chefs when intervention is needed by means of a sound signal. Programs can be modified and saved in the memory by chefs. VarioCooking Center® has a Hungarian language menu system as well. It can also identify the materials and the quantities used, adjusting cooking times automatically.
