More attention should be paid to promote the preparation for the sales of fruit

Much more attention should be paid to promote the preparation for the sales of fruit in Hungary – Füredi Gábor, executive director of the Hand Trading Ltd. told MTI.

The specialist is dealing with the subject for one and a half decades. He told his opinion about the post harvest in relation that this year an exceptional apple harvest is expected in Hungary. Due to the Russian embargo and because of the expected product glut in Europe, this year Hungary can be disadvantaged, compared to those countries that have already implemented the renewal of their production bases.
