Thousands of shops in Budapest are waiting for tenants
About two to three thousand retail properties are vacant in Budapest, depriving the owners of municipalities, condominiums and private owners of revenue – origo wrote after Világgazdaság.
According to the article, empty retail spaces in the capital are offered for rent ranging from twenty thousand forints to several millions of forints per month. Charges vary by size, condition, and may also vary from street to street. According to experiences, the psychological limit is one hundred thousand forints among start-up small businesses. (origo)
