Several food companies among the Top 20 list of the Hungarian companies expanding abroad
The New York-based Vale Columbia Center and the ICEG European Center examined the expansion of Hungarian companies in abroad.
The foreign assets of the ranked twenty companies between 2008 and 2010 increased by 24 percent, reaching almost 20 billion dollars, despite the financial and economy crisis. Mol continues to lead the list, followed by Richter Gedeon and Videoton. The list also includes several food companies, 9. Fornetti, 11. Abo Holding, 12. Cerbona, 15. IKR, and 20. Matusz Vad Zrt.
