Poultry and pig breeders receive more animal welfare support
The Ministry of Agriculture once again raised animal welfare support for poultry and pig breeders after the 2018 entitlements. The 14.3 billion forints amount reached 2.5 times of the level of 2010 – the Ministry of Agriculture (AM) told MTI on Tuesday.
In the autumn of 2018, the ministry raised the amount of the support for poultry welfare two times, with a total of 1.2 billion forints. The amount that can be paid after the 2018 applications is increasing for the third time, by about 1.1 billion forints. (MTI)
