HUF 10 million fine for three „Paprika company
According to Competition Watchdog dealers mystified the consumers.
The Competion Watchdog started
processes against Házi Piros Paprika Kft., Szegedi Paprika
Fûszer- és Konzervgyártó Rt., Kalocsa
Fûszerpaprika Rt., Naturalpár Kft. and Rubin Szegedi
Paprikafeldolgozó Kft. in 2004. Companies packaged and
dealered red pepper from abroad under the name Hungarian pepper from
Szeged or from Kalocsa. Szegedi Paprika has to pay HUF 3 million
fine, Házi Pirospaprika HUF 6 million, and Kalocsa HUF 1
million.
