Underwater hotel from 10 billion

The representative body of Bonyhád agreed to the investment of the Underwater hotel of Trimp Holding Zrt. previousloy planned to Kiskunhalas. The hotel will be built in the Alsószéplak site of the town, near the Spa investment.

Kökény Béla, Chief Executive Officer of Trimp Holding Zrt. told to MTI that the five-floor, more than 28,000 gross square meter hotel is planned to be built for 10.5 billion HUF. They have agreement in principle with ten companies for the financing of the construction.
According to the plans; the hotel, which three levels will be below the salt water, will be opened at the end of the third quarter of 2013 – reports Index.
