Tens of thousands of British cattle was slaughtered
Huge masses of cattle have to be slaughtered in the United Kingdom due to the spread of tuberculosis (TB) infection – agrarszektor.hu wrote.
The number of killed animals has exceeded 40,000 in one year and is steadily increasing. According to scientists, badgers are mainly responsible for the spreading of the bacteria, therefore the professionals are now mapping animal movements better and developing vaccination programs.
