Nike increased its profits by fifteen percent

Despite the poor performance of the world economy Nike reached better than expected results.

The world's largest sporting goods manufacturer reported a 15 percent profit growth in the June-August period.

The Nike reached 645 million USD after-tax profits after the previos year's 559 million USD. Revenue increased by 18 percent to 6.08 billion USD – reports Világgazdaság Online, after Reuters.
