Fifteen Budapest restaurant also offers the French newwine

French celebrate the Beaujolais nouveau, the newwine on 3 November every year. On this day wine-laden aircraft are taking off to every part of the world. They deliver the most to Japan;11 million bottles are consumed in the Far East.

This year, the Air France and the French Government’s Tourist Office brought the Beaujolais Nouveau to Budapest, which can be tasted from 15 November in fifteen restaurants of Budapest.  The Beaujolais region is Burgundy's largest wine-producing region, with no less than 18 000 hectares of red wine grapes.
