Aranybika: no buyer even for the twelfth time
The twelfth tender proved to be unsuccessful. The Grand Hotel Aranybika of Debrecen could not find a buyer again. Application deadline expired at noon on Monday, but no one gave an offer – Buga Imre liquidator told Dehir.hu.
The hotel was not attractive even though a significant price reduction occurred. In November 2010, on the the first tender the hotel was offered for a net 2.1 billion euros, now 750 million less, for 1.35 billion. The liquidator will soon write out the new tender, the price will probably not be changed. (Világgazdaság Online)
