Self-service call centers cost a thousands less than the traditional
The cost of handling a phone call in a traditional call center ranges between 390 and 690 forints, while an automated call costs 25 – 50 forints, according to the calculations of Arenim Technologies, implemented with the involvement of market participants.

The costs of calls in traditional call centers will, however, continue to increase in the future as a result of the increasing recruitment and labor costs resulting from the significant labor shortage.
