Seven out of ten customers “reward” the loyalty programs
In Hungary, only 46 percent of the consumers are buying in stores that offer loyalty programs to their loyal customers. But there's a demand: seven out of ten Hungarians prefer to buy the needed products, where loyalty programs are rewarding the customer adherence – the survey of the Nielsen consumer survey information and knowledge services company states. The survey was carried out in fifty-eight countries, on consumer loyalty.
In the scope of the research, Nielsen surveyed loyalty in connection with sixteen product groups and services. In this regard, mobile operators and mobile device manufacturers takes the cake, with 87 and 84 percent in Hungary.
In Hungary customers are loyal towards supermarkets and other grocery store chains, beauty and personal care products and household electrical brands with 79 percent.
