The turnover of Tesco increased by ten percent
Tesco's turnover increased during the first quarter, primarily due to the increase in foreign sales. According to the the financial director of the largest UK network it is early to talk about prosperity.
According to the datas presented on Tuesday, the turnover of Tesco increased by 9.7 percent in the last quarter ended on 30 May. Great Britain – where the food company is controling the 30 percent of the food market- the growth was 4.3 percent, while at the foreign interest it was 20.1 percent (11.4 percent calculating by constant prices). In abroad, the Asian and the U.S., Tesco networks have done well, with a 44 percent and a 174 percent expansion – reports MTI.
