Forbidden mutton was found at the French company that is involved in the horse meat scandal
The French health authorities have found 57 tons British mutton at the Spanghero company in Castelnaudary, southwestern France. The company is the same where the European horse meat scandal had erupted.
Antoine Leroy, the competent, Attorney of Carcasonne told at the RTL commercial radio on Tuesday that the veterinary surveillance (DVS) discovered the illegal sheep meat at Spanghero on 19 February. (MTI)
