The Hungarian Association of Shopping Centers protests against the new interpretation of tobacco stores
The Hungarian Association of Shopping Centers does not agree with the changing of the tobacco retail concession tender. They say that it would eliminate tobacco shops from the shopping centers – the organization told MTI on Monday.
According to the Hungarian Association of Shopping Centers, the standards on business premises in shopping centers are impractical, unrealistic and unacceptable to the Association.
Currently, 118 shopping centers and 165 hypermarkets are operating in the country on more than 3 million square meters. A larger facility receives an average of 30-45 thousands visitors per day. (MTI)
