Testing and evaluation
At the latest Szupermenta test the experts of the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih) tested popular capsule coffees, altogether 24 espressos, from which 8 were decaf variants. More than 1,400 laboratory tests were performed and no safety or quality faults were detected. Experts and amateurs also ranked the coffees after a blind tasting: Nespresso Espresso Livanto won, the runner-up was Lavazza Espresso Armonico and Bellarom Classico Espresso finished third among the caffeine-containing products.
