SOUR CHERRY CHEESE CAKE WITH CAMPING CHEESE – THE WINNER

Ingredients to the 26 cm cake tin:
For the dough:
200 grams of grinded or oat biscuit, 100 grams of butter, 80 grams of powdered sugar, 80 grams of chopped nuts, cinnamon and ginger.
For the filling:
7 item (700 g) Camping cream cheese, 400 grams of 20% sour cream, 250 grams of sugar, 4 whole eggs, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and a bag of vanilla sugar, 1 bottle of sour cherry.
