Tesco, Chicken and edification
In recent days a number of media reported, that contaminated chicken were found at a Tesco store in Dunaújváros in mid-September.
The company destroyed the total of 295 pounds of potentially contaminated product, delivered by the Hungarian MasterGoods, and removed the almost marketed goods from the selling area. The Central Agricultural Office (MSZH) a fined Tesco for 850 thousand HUF and an for an additional 50 thousand HUF for administrative cost – reports Világgazdaság Online.
