Tesco survey on loyal customer attitudes
Nearly 42 percent of the respondents have two or three loyalty cards, while nearly 24 percent have four or five cards that they use consciously. Most people join loyalty programs in hypermarkets, food chains, and drugstores. The percentage of those who take advantage of related discounts two to three or even more times a month ismore than 68 percent.
