Tesco health checks in UK

The supermarket chain introduced a new medical service at price of £10, what will rising to £20 at the end of January.

 A pharmacist will measure weight, blood pressure and cholesterol as well as screening for diabetes. The appointments take place in a private consultation area and last around half an hour. As part of the service, Tesco's pharmacists will provide healthy lifestyle advice which might help prevent or delay the onset of certain health conditions. The consultations are available at all Tesco pharmacies, but the  appointment must to book.
