Terra Hungarica: stricter principles in natural winemaking
Stricter principles were added to the Terra Hungarica Charta, which includes natural winemakers of the Carpathian Basin. The thirty members of Terra Hungarica Charta will present their wines at the BorSzalon (WineSaloon) on 16 November in Budapest at the Gerbeaud Coffee House.
While in case of other foods there are more and more conscious buyers, the wine started to become an industrial product from cultural product – Nemes Richárd brand manager said at Terra Hungarica’s press conference on Wednesday in Budapest. He added that most of the world’s wineries are using chemicals in the vineyard management and additives also appeared in the winemaking processes of even the small wineries. (MTI)
