The Ministry of Agriculture initiates the increased protection of the soil

The hungarian Ministry of Agriculture initiates the increased protection of the soil in the EU, because more and more countries are having trouble with the reduction of soil fertility – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told at a press conference in Budapest.

Nagy István said this after experts discussed about the future of the quality of the soil and the protection of Hungarian soil in the Ministry. The Minister of State underlined that the protection of soil and the EU regulatory and support systems and the nutrition content of the soil should be better coordinated than ever before. The Ministry is urging a European cooperation. (MTI)
