LG will present a dishwasher developed for thermoses and other travel glasses at CES 2024
At CES 2024, LG Electronics (LG) will present its innovative dishwasher specially developed for thermoses and other travel glasses, the LG mycup. The unique solution contributes to everyday hygiene with state-of-the-art technology, and its sophisticated design embodies LG’s commitment to sustainability. As more and more environmentally conscious consumers use thermoses and travel cups, LG mycup simplifies their cleaning process and encourages their regular use.
With the practical device, users do not have to wait for a batch of unwashed dishes to accumulate: they can put even a single thermos in the machine, and then in the LG mycup mobile application, they can choose between two cleaning modes – quick wash and extra cleaning – which suits them. The cleaning process can be monitored on a display panel at the top of the device, so you can always see where the program is at. If they were in another room, the mobile application will also send a notification about the end of the washing cycle.
Both programs use hot water at 65 degrees Celsius for thorough and hygienic cleaning. The so-called thanks to bubble nozzle technology, the Quick Wash program only needs 30 seconds to clean the inside of a glass or thermos or travel glass. The Extra Wash program offers a so-called integrated air drying solution, which washes the glasses with water jets coming from several directions and gently dries the glasses with powerful hot air.
