Harvest and price forecasting in the sour cherry market
In order to make the market more transparent, the Interprofessional Organisation for Fruit and Vegetable (FruitVeB) and NAK will create a harvest and price forecasting system for the industrial sour cherry market. The system is needed because in the last 15 years prices were moving in the HUF 60-230 range and market players are unable to cope with this fluctuation.
