Large chains are expanding

Tesco plans a two-digit extension this year just like in the previous years. Tesco has more ideas to get the low-floor Express stores, typically by purchasing an existing business. Tesco plans to operate express stores, withz a small base area, due to the fullness of the hypermarket market.
The Spar has opened 1 hypermarket, 3 supermarkets and a small-sized City Spar, this year. According to the spokesman of the company, the primary goal for this year to transform, the 177 Plus stores – purchased last year into Spar stores.
On the market of electronic trading chains, the Electro World plans to open two new stores in Budapest and Miskolc, this year, Media Markt also plans to open new stores beside the existing 17 – reports Népszabadság.
