Orkla’s Polish expansion

For an undisclosed sum Norway’s Orkla has bought Polish company Ambasador92, through its subsidiary PGD SP. z o. o. Ambasador92 operates in the sale and distribution of bakery and confectionery items in northern Poland. The company generated a turnover of PLN138 million in 2020 and grew by 17 percent in the last 5 years.
