At the Pálinka and Sausage Festival in the Castle of Buda – Keresztes Ferenc, world champion bartender dispelled the stereotypes entrenched in the minds of many in connection with the el Jimador, the finest distillate of the Mexican courtyard.
Most people believe that to drink tequila is synonymous with the ritual, in which the Blanco version is consumed with salt and lemon, while the reposado version of tequila (which is aged in oak for a minimum of 60 days) is consumed with cinnamon and orange. But the Mexicans would just laugh hearing this extra process – turned out at the education. Good tequila does not need any extra!
According to Keresztes Ferenc tequila, which is made of 100 percent pure blue agave is the best without any additional extras.
