BEM Center is operating at full capacity: the Bem Square office building has reached 100 percent occupancy
The BEM Center Office Building, owned by Market Asset Management Zrt., has reached a milestone, officially reaching 100 percent occupancy. Wolt and an American multinational company signed a contract for the last free office space in the Bem Square premium building complex, thus completing the building’s tenant community. Property Market Kft. is handling the leasing tasks.
The success of BEM Center shows that the demand for premium quality, sustainable and excellently located office buildings remains stable. The development proved attractive to tenants not only with its award-winning architectural standard and location, but also with its complex service mix, which is also confirmed by the successful leasing activity of Property Market Kft.
In the framework of the closing transactions, Wolt, in addition to an American multinational, chose the building as its headquarters. The decision of the technology and food delivery company, which also has an international background, further enriches the tenant composition of the building, which has thus been supplemented by another innovative player in the modern corporate sphere.
“This result is particularly valuable in the current, often challenging market environment. Achieving 100 percent occupancy confirms our development strategy, according to which tenants are no longer just looking for a job, but for a complex service ecosystem. The synergy of the office and the hotel, as well as energy-efficient operation, represents a value that provides us with a competitive advantage even in difficult times”
– said Sándor Makra, CEO of Market Asset Management Zrt.
The special feature of the building complex located on Bem Square is that it combines high-quality “A” category office building and the Kimpton BEM Budapest Hotel, which satisfies luxury needs. This functional fusion makes available to tenants on-site amenities and business services – from conference rooms to gastronomic options – that highlight the building in the Budapest office market.
