Tesco Box officially becomes an online shop
In the spring Tesco launched its Tesco Box service to give those shoppers the chance to order FMCG products online that hadn’t had access to this service before the pandemic. With approval from the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH), Tesco evolved the Tesco Box service into a full-blown online shop as of 12 November, which sells several thousand SKUs. Box content isn’t fixed anymore and the maximum box weight is 80kg; delivery takes 3-5 working days.
