Kaufland tests telemedicine service in Germany

Kaufland Germany has launched a new telemedicine service at its Mosbach store, in collaboration with the Sana MVZ am Stiftsberg medical centre: the 54m² S Medical Room is located in the space in front of the store, featuring soundproof booths where shoppers can consult with doctors via video call. The pilot service is available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 19:00 by appointment, using a smartphone or a tablet.
