Dairy support: the EU approved the payment of the deposit

Brussels approved the advance payment of SAPS and the special dairy support. The Hungarian farmers can receive the deposit of SAPS from the second half of October. The European Commission decided over the advance payment of the direct support on the 7th of July.

According to the committee's decision, 50-50 percent the SAPS as well as the special dairy support premium can be paid in advance. Fazekas Sándor Rural Development Minister asked Brussels, that the Hungarian producers to receive the deposit of the supports in order to help the farmers, that were affected by frost damage – reports szabadfold.hu.
