EMIH – Hungarian Jewish Association bought a milk processor
Alföldi Garabonciás Kft. was purchased by EMIH – Hungarian Jewish Association. In addition to the successful operation of the milk processing plant, their goal is to provide Jewish communities with kosher dairy products.
In their announcement sent to MTI on Tuesday, they wrote that their plans include significant improvements in addition to carefully maintaining the premium quality of the handcrafted Garabonciás products made from goat and cow’s milk.
“True to the mission of Garabonciás, we will continue the production of high-quality dairy products, and we also want to come out with new products. We are also modernizing the existing goat farm and planning to build our own dairy cattle farm, so that we will be able to provide milk raw materials of constant and high quality from our own sources.”
