OMV will renew its gastro portfolio in the spring

In the spring, the gastronomic offer of OMV VIVA was completely renewed: in addition to the gourmet sandwiches that are traditionally refreshed every quarter, a new Leberkäse variant and breakfast dishes were also added to the selection.

As in the previous semester, the VIVA Gourmet Selection collection was put together by Attila Bicsár, the creative chef of Sauska48, recommended by the Michelin Guide. Spring novelty Grilled chicken baguette with artichokes: in the chef’s creation, spicy chicken breast and artichokes are added to the baguette with mustard sauce and spicy feta cheese salad. The Chickpea sandwich on a bed of carrots comes as a vegetarian option: the chickpea pie is placed in a rye seeded bun, complemented by cheese-garlic sauce, chopped carrot slaw and green salad.
