Last year the number of guest nights exceeded one million in Hévíz
Despite the absence of the majority of the Russian tourists the number of guest night in Hévíz exceeded one million last year – the city hall informed MTI on Friday.
Mayor Papp Gábor (Fidesz) said that nearly 1 million 32 thousand guest night were registered last year in Hévíz 40 thousand, ie 3.7 percent less than in 2014.
He added that the Russian guests spent 35 percent less guest night, but this loss could be replaced with other clientele in time. For example the Poles spent 114 percent more , Slovaks 34 percent more, Czechs 11 percent more, and Hungarians 10 percent more time in Hévíz, compared to 2014. (MTI)
