The growth rate of Euro area’s economic performance in January was at the low point of last February

Euro area PMI became weaker than previously announced
The final value of the euro area composite purchasing managers’ index (PMI) in January was lower than the previous 52.4 points, after the 52.3 points in December.
One of the components of the composite index, the final value of the service sector PMI, was also lower than the previous 51.2 points, falling to 51.1 points from 53.1 points in December. (MTI)
