Food retail increases since last December
According to Nielsen market research company’s report called ’Economic Current’ on monthly trends; The effects of recession on food retailing slowed down in the ten major market of the world.
In the average of the scanned countries, the food retail sales remained unchanged, after the decline of December, compared to the similar month of the last year. In May people did not turned to commercial brands and the rate of promotional purchases also did not increased, however, consumers has changed to businesses offering lower prices.
