Last year, PC shipments grew by almost 15 percent worldwide
According to preliminary data posted on the website of the US International Data Corporation (IDC) IT and telecommunications market research company, shipments of personal computers (desktop, notebook, tablet) worldwide increased by 14.8 percent to 348 million 800 thousand.
The company said 92.7 million PCs were shipped globally in the last quarter of last year, up 1 percent from the last quarter of 2020. (MTI)
