The modern office market in Budapest grew by more than 44,000 square meters last year
In the fourth quarter of last year, thanks to the handover of four new office buildings (HillSide Offices, Tópark Offices, Pasaréti Office Building, Societé Budapest), the modern office market in Budapest was expanded with 44,265 square meters.
According to the announcement, the total modern office space of the capital now amounts to 3 million 628 thousand 105 square meters, including leased offices of 3.01 million square meters, and 609.70 thousand square meters of company-owned office buildings. (MTI)
