Foreign tourists spent 60 million euros more in Romania last year
Last year, foreign tourists spent 60 million euros more in Romania. The number of foreign tourists, increased by 11 percent compared to 2013 – the Romanian national statistical institute announced.
The foreign tourists spent 5.09 billion lei (1.14 billion euros) in Romania last year, compared to their 4.79 billion lei (1.08 billion euros) spendings in 2013. The 1.911 million foreign tourists spent 60 million euros more than in 2013, which is a 5.5 percent increase. (MTI)
