Last year the retail sales decreased by 2.3 percent
The volume of retail sales in December 2010 – on the basis of the calendary effect adjusted datas – decreased by 1.7 percent, compared to the same period of the previous year, and decreased by 2.3 percent in 2010 as a whole – reports the Central Statistical Office (KSH).
On the basis of the calendary effect and seasonal effect adjusted, the sales of December decreased by 0.7 percent, compared to the previous month.
According to the seasonal effect and calendary effect adjusted datas; the non-food retail sales were 0.5 percent lower, than the November level.
