Romanian retail sales volume grew by 10.7 percent last year
Last year, the volume of retail sales grew by 10.7 percent compared to the previous year in Romania – the Romanian National Statistical Institute announced on Monday.
Sales of non-food products grew by 13.2 percent, fuel sales by 12.4 percent, and food, beverages and tobacco sales increased by 6.8 percent.
In December, the volume of retail sales grew by 7 percent, compared to the previous month, while compared to December 2016, the growth was 13.4 percent. (MTI)
