Artificial intelligence helps: 73% of consumers trust the content created
The majority of consumers (51%) are aware of the latest trends in generative artificial intelligence and have already tried such tools, according to the latest research by the Capgemini Research Institute entitled ‘Creative and generative AI’.
Frequent users of generative AI are most satisfied with chatbots, games and search applications, but not only in these areas, but also in personal, everyday activities, artificial intelligence is often used. Moreover, more than half of the respondents (53%) trust that generative AI will help them in their financial planning.
However, AI enthusiasts would call on AI to help in other areas of life as well. Globally, 67% of consumers see it as useful if generative artificial intelligence could make medical diagnoses or receive medical advice from it. Furthermore, 63% of the respondents noted that they consider it an exciting possibility that with the support of generative artificial intelligence, more accurate and efficient drug research can take place.
