FEOSZ creates a certificate for consumer-friendly web stores
The National Federation of Consumer Protection Associations (FEOSZ) is creating a certificate for consumer-friendly webshops to help consumers – the association told MTI on Thursday.
According to the information, until January 30 this year, and annually in the future, businesses will be able to apply for the title of consumer-friendly webshop, which certifies that they comply with their legal obligations in everything and, in addition, have a consumer-friendly approach.
Applicants who earn the title of consumer-friendly webshop will be able to display “The 2026″ certificate recommended by the National Association of Consumer Protection Associations.
According to the announcement, consumer confidence plays a key role in the increasingly fierce economic competition, which is why they expect businesses to be interested in the free application opportunity.
