András Tállai became the State Secretary responsible for the food economy and agricultural vocational training
With the appointment of András Tállai, a new leader will lead the food economics and agricultural vocational training sector.
The experienced politician and economist has gained leadership experience in numerous economic and administrative areas during his career. He was previously the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance and the President of the National Tax Agency. In his new role, he will strive to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of agriculture, placing particular emphasis on the development of the food industry and the modernization of agricultural vocational training. Furthermore, the new State Secretary considers it important to support domestic agricultural enterprises, encourage innovation and involve young people in the sector, so that the food economics profession offers an attractive career opportunity in the long term.
