A group of large companies producing feed and grain traders appears on the BSE
An agricultural, feed production and grain trading company group will appear on the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) after UBM Holding Plc. acquires about 100 percent of Hungary’s market-leading feed production group, UBM Trade Zrt., the company told MTI on Friday.
They added that the value of the transaction based on independent valuation was 20.7 billion HUF, “so its size can be said to be significant on the BSE as well”. (MTI)
